The saw broke down during normal use

The saw broke down during normal use, the body broke. But there is no reaction on the warranty claim. So please be warned, the quality is sub standard as it should not brake in two while cutting down a 2cm branch of a tree and their after sales is non existing.
update: after 2 months of communication the warrenty claim was handled in a good way by novagarden and the new unit looks better and upgraded.

A chainsaw should of course be able to handle cutting a 2 cm branch without the body breaking, and we understand your frustration about both the product issue and the delayed after-sales support.

Very good

It works perfect but i still need to buy the oil after having paid around 300euro.

Ruilden defect exemplaar direct om!

Good machine, a bit expensive and poor instructions manual

After a rough start, it all worked out.
When I receive the machine, the chain was mounted incorrectly. Hence it was not cutting anything. The manual that came in the box, was in Dutch only and there was no mention of this type of trouble shooting in it. I give 4 stars because of the trouble I had to endure to contact customer service by email, no phone number, and also because I found cheaper brands with similar products.
Also the box doesn't seem to fit with the tools. It's always a struggle to close it. With the two batteries and the charger to put inside, and with the cutting machine I sometimes feel like solving a puzzle.
Besides that, the machine works perfectly and I am enjoying cutting branches in my garden.
